A one-touch holder is two acrylic halves pulled together by magnets in the corners. There is no hinge and no latch. It opens all the way round: pick any side, pull, and it comes apart. So be clear about what a label on the outside is doing. It is a mark across the seam, not a closure. Nothing you stick to a magnetic holder holds it shut, and we are not going to tell you otherwise.

What the label gives you is a numbered face at the seam that shows up in a photo. The number in your listing shot and the number the buyer reads on arrival either match or they do not, and either way you have something dated to point at. It is a documentation habit, and it helps deter swaps and return fraud the way a numbered receipt does: by making a swap easy to describe.

Which face carries the number on a one-touch magnetic card holder sticker

Put it on the front, the face with the card showing. Three reasons, all practical:

• It is the face you already photograph. Card and number land in one frame. No second shot, no flipping the case.
• The buyer reads it without handling anything. On an unboxing clip the number is visible the moment the case clears the sleeve.

Standard vs Large: one touch case label sizes for 35pt, 55pt, 100pt and 130pt

Case thickness decides which size you want.

• Standard — 1.77 x 0.75 in (44.96 x 19.05 mm), in Shattered Prism or Aurora foil.
• Large — 2.5 x 1 in (63.5 x 25.4 mm), in Shattered Prism or Aurora foil.

Flat layouts sit entirely on one face. Folded layouts wrap the edge: part of the label lands on the front, the fold covers the seam, a tail carries round to the back. The thicker the case, the more of the label length the edge eats — and that is the whole Standard-versus-Large decision.

• Your artwork. Upload your shop mark or breaker logo. Both sizes run in Shattered Prism or Aurora foil.
• Your numbering. Your prefix plus sequential numbering from a start number you set, random codes, a batch code plus number, or no number at all. Within one order, no two seals share a number.
• Your QR, if you want one. It points wherever you send it, or to the seal record: a page showing the design, the number and the date it was logged. It says nothing about the card.

What a seal will not do

• It peels. A one touch seal can be peeled off and replaced by anyone with a little patience and a fresh label. That is true of every sticker on the market, ours included.
• It says nothing about the card inside. Not the grade, not the print run, not who pulled it. The number describes the seal, not the contents.
• It has no standing with any marketplace or grading company. eBay, Whatnot, TikTok Shop, PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC do not know what a Serial Seal is and none treat one specially.
• It does not decide a return. If a buyer opens a case, your number and your photos are something you can describe. The decision belongs to the platform.
• It is not a closure. A magnetic holder still opens on all four sides.

One touch seals: common questions

Will the adhesive hold on the acrylic of a one-touch holder?

Yes. It is a die-cut foil label made for the plastic of a holder or case. Press it down along its whole length with a thumb — a half-pressed label lifts at a corner first. Put it on the case only: never on the card, never on factory-sealed wax, never on a holder headed to a grading company.

How does it come off, and what does it leave behind?

Lift a corner with a fingernail and pull slowly at a shallow angle, folding it back over itself rather than straight up. Warm plastic releases more cleanly than cold. Expect a faint adhesive outline; isopropyl on a microfibre cloth clears it in seconds and does not haze a one-touch.

Standard or Large for a 130pt one-touch?

Large. On a 130pt case the edge takes a real bite out of a folded label, and a Standard at 1.77 in leaves a front panel too short for a logo and a number side by side. The Large at 2.5 in spans the seam and lands both on the front face.

Can I run one code across a whole break or a whole batch?

Yes. Choose batch code plus number: every seal in the batch shares the batch code and keeps its own number. You can also run a batch code with no per-seal number. Within one order, no two numbered seals share a number.

What does this actually do for me as a seller?

It gives every case you ship a number, a photo and a dated log entry. That helps document what was shipped, and gives you something specific to describe when a buyer says the case arrived opened. It does not decide the outcome and says nothing about the card.
